A Note From The Coach

There’s always been one comfortable place that has held me up through many trying times…. And that place is dance.  Once I start dancing, my energy shifts from stress to freedom.  My energy flows from mind to body and back to my mind - cleansed, refreshed, and renewed!  I leave class a new woman ready to tackle life like never before. 
 

It’s why I’m still dancing today... and it’s what helps me push through challenges and excel, even in trying times.  
 

I’m introducing what I’ve always done with dance in my personal life and sharing it with you.  These strategies have helped me overcome quite a bit of challenges and reach a number of personal achievements ranging from winning a beauty pageant to getting lead roles as a singer and actress, dance captain, and choreographer to completing my master’s degree and reaching top leadership positions.  I’ll lead you through a host of live classes and meetings where we will move and groove, and focus on achieving your goals. 
 

In this 8-week virtual experience, I will guide you through personal goal-setting, dance-based workouts, and weekly group check-ins to walk with you step-by-step in your journey.  

 

I invite you to dance, reflect, and grow, with me as your facilitator.  We've created a virtual space for you to get fit and develop helpful lifestyle habits that extend beyond dance and fitness.
